Spacious and tidy rooms, excellent spa facilities, and great transportation service to the ski slopes. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I needed something.

Everуthing is new. Nice design. Tasty breakfast. Rooms are well furnished.

The lack of personal and room service. There is no door to bathroom, so the humidity was really high in the room. Skilift is not far, although it is not reachable by foot (1 km far, last 300 m uphill). You need to use skibus or a hotel charter (1 per hour). I haven't seen swimming pool.

The room was comfortable and had a nice view.

No room service and very expensive for what it offered. We didn't like the food at the bistro either.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious venue. the exclusive amenities were fantastic, especially the spa and swimming pool. the service was impeccable, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location advantages were excellent for skiing, with easy transportation to the nearby slopes. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were top-notch, offering exquisite cuisine and drinks.

The only minor issue I encountered was a limited selection of wines in the menu. this was compensated by the reasonable prices of other drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski areas, making it easy to access the slopes. the two onsite restaurants offer a variety of delicious food, and the staff are friendly and professional. the spa is well-equipped, and the rooms are designed beautifully with fresh fruit in each room.

Some guests experienced difficulties with communication and understanding the meal plans, leading to confusion and inconvenience.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, conveniently situated near the ski lifts. the rooms were beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the best aspects was the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our city trip.

Though the drinks were reasonably priced, the selection of wines could have been wider, with different price ranges. It would be preferable to have the option to pay the balance at the hotel, rather than in advance, for greater convenience.

Amazing accommodation, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast! The bed was so comfortable and the room was equipped with everything I needed during my business trip. The hotel is located next to many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to grab a quick bite to eat or do some shopping in my free time. the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, which was very convenient.

The restaurant seemed a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. While the service was good, the menu could have been more varied.
